Please remember below mentioned points when using Elevators, Escalators or Moving walks
Elevators
Following should be taken into regard while using elevators:
- When elevator doors start closing, stand away from them. Take extra care for children.
- Avoid travelling in overloaded lift.
- If the elevator does not align exactly with the floor of the landing, step over the gap to avoid tripping.
- If the elevator stops in between landings then stay calm and Press the alarm button .
- If you feel uneasy, be calm and get down on nearest floor.
- If there is a fire or an imminent danger of fire, do not use elevators. Use stairs and follow the instructions of rescue personnel.
Escalators
Following should be taken into regard when using escalators:
- Hold on to the handrails while going up or down. Hold small children by the hand so they do not fall in case of jolts or a stop.
- Please do not sit on the steps, handrail or balustrades, to avoid any accident
- Never allow anyone to play on escalators.
- Avoid unnecessary use of the emergency stop button, as a stop may cause passengers to fall forward.
- Do not unnecessarily stay in escalator's vicinity.
