VARIABLE FREQUENCY DRIVE (VFD):

This drive is an IGBT based PWM inverter, which avoids unwanted harmonics and results in a noiseless operation. This drive also include a controller card, which monitors main voltage, Car speed and current thereby generating accurate voltage and frequency required for proper operation of motor. This Controller also protects the IGBT and related components of the VFD.

  • Our Drive provides up to 50% power saving. Due to the Variable Frequency Drive the size of the machine would become compact.

  • This drive ensure smooth acceleration and deceleration of the Car.

  • Machine Brakes at zero speed, which enable car to stop at accurate levels.

  • Low voltage operation is possible i.e., from 300V and above.
Special Features of this Drive are as Follows:
  • This Drive System can be programmed at site.

  • Helps to monitor various motor parameters, 16 Character Alpha Numerical Display is provided in the Drive Controller Card. Overload protection facility is also provided.
